All OnKairos crystal trees are carefully inspected before shipping.
Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our crystal decor pieces, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at onkairoscrystal@gmail.com
and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Please note that slight variations in crystal color, stone shape, and arrangement are natural characteristics of real gemstone materials and handcrafted designs. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
